THE TISANES
To honor the aesthetic tranquility of one’s self-care ritual and to fully draw out the essence, vitamins, enzymes, minerals, and aromatic volatile oils that offer cell-rejuvenating, anti-inflammatory, and beautifying properties, we recommend a longer steeping time than that which is typically experienced in western herbalism.

FOR A THERAPEUTIC BREW (First Order)
• 2-3 tsp. of herbs to 3-4 cups of boiled water

TO MAINTAIN HEALTH (Recurring Orders)
• 1-2 tsp. of herbs to 1-2 cups of boiled water

DECOCT
• Boil fresh spring water on the stove
• Turn down the flame to the lowest flame/ simmer setting
• Place serving of herbs into saucepan containing boiled water
• Cover the saucepan
• Simmer for 30-45 minutes, do not boil
• Strain, discard the herbs, and enjoy

INFUSE
• Boil fresh spring water on the stove
• Remove from heat, set aside 1 minute
• Pour hot water over serving of herbs
• Steep covered for 45-60 minutes or overnight
• Strain, discard the herbs, and enjoy

MORNING
• Enjoy delicious cups of brewed SACRAL WOMB™ while you get ready in the morning.
• Gently dry brush skin and take a shower.
• Lavishly massage ELIXIR all over wet skin and run excess through hair. We suggest doing so in a gentle, loving, and mindful manner.
• Cleanse face with MILK and apply a pea-sized amount of OIL onto damp face, eye area, neck, and décolleté.
• Ground skin care routine with a spritz of MIST and tap into the skin.
• Every other morning, partition hair in small sections and apply 1-2 pipettes full of ADÉ LÓRÍ RẸ™ Restore to entire scalp and massage deeply. Leave on. Do not rinse.
• Place one hand on the middle of your chest and one underneath your belly button. Close your eyes and breathe deeply into the connection between your sacral and heart chakras.
• Enjoy breakfast.
• Receive the day with love. 🤍

MIDDAY
• Enjoy 1 cup of freshly brewed CLEANDETOX™ after lunch.
• Place one hand on the middle of your chest and the other on the top of your head. Close your eyes and breathe deeply into the connection between your heart and enlightenment chakras.

AFTER DINNER
• Enjoy 1 cup of freshly brewed CLEANDETOX™ Tisane before bedtime.

NIGHTTIME BATHING
• Gently dry brush skin and take a shower.
• Lavishly massage ELIXIR all over wet skin. We suggest doing so in a gentle, loving, and mindful manner.

BEDTIME RITUAL
• Before going to bed, boil 3-4 cups of water on the stove.
• Turn off the flame and add 2-3 tsp. of SACRAL WOMB™ Tisane to the boiled water.
• Cover and steep overnight in the saucepan or in a stainless steel thermos to keep warm for the morning.
• Before laying down, place one hand on the lower section of your pubic bone and the other on the top of your head. Close your eyes and breathe deeply into the connection.
• Massage your feet.
