    CLARITAS: CLARITY is about the journey of getting clear on your future, the discipline of manifestation, and the practice of meditation as a scientifically proven tool. We don’t want you to pretend to be something you are not. It is not about getting into “vibration” with what you want. We want you to be of clear mind so that you can see it to believe it.

     

    CLINICALLY PROVEN METHOD

    CLARITAS: CLARITY provides 45 minutes of soothing music and guided meditation that seem to resonate and act on the body at a cellular level having a direct effect on the cells increasing theta brain waves.

    Theta is one of the more elusive and extraordinary brain states you can explore. It is also known as the twilight state which you normally only experience fleetingly upon waking, or drifting off to sleep. Theta is the brain state where magic happens in the crucible of your own neurological activity. But for most, being able to enter the dreamlike theta state without falling asleep takes meditation practice.

    CLARITAS: CLARITY can speed up this process, making it easier to drop into deep meditative states, even if you've never meditated before.

     

    VERY IMPORTANT

    CLARITAS: CLARITY is a powerful transformational process that you do not want to force or rush. We recommend listening to this meditation once a day. If at anytime you feel over-activated, disoriented or overwhelmed, skip a day or two and allow the energy to settle and integrate. Then resume again. Above all, trust your intuition, take it easy, have fun, and listen to the wisdom of your body-mind-spirit.

     

    LISTENING INSTRUCTIONS

    To start on the path of CLARITAS: CLARITY, we recommend listening to this meditation once a day. Experiment at first to find a time that works well for your natural rhythms. Then set a time for your meditation practice that you can easily work into your schedule. Early morning is an excellent choice, because you will enjoy the benefits of the meditation throughout the day. Your biorhythms and nervous system will naturally adjust, becoming habit, making it easier for you to go into mediation at a set time, just like eating, waking, and sleeping. Drink a full glass of water to hydrate before you begin. Sit or lay down with your spine straight, put on your headphones and listen to the CLARITAS: CLARITY guided meditation.

     

    THE CLARITAS: CLARITY METHOD

    This is the method we recommend if you are struggling with honoring your meditation practice.

    Before you begin the program, we suggest pre-dating your journal based on a choice of 30-45-60 days (1 day per page). Putting pen on paper cements this commitment in your brain and new research demonstrates it takes 66 days for new habits to become automatic.

    • When you are ready to commit, keep the journal with you wherever you go.

    • Jot down insights, ideas, and feelings that come to you during the meditation session and anytime during the day.

    • As you go about your day, every single thing you come in contact with, ask yourself, “Do I like this? Does it feed my heart and soul?" If the answer isn't a resounding yes, then it's a no. It's cluttering space that should be filled with your manifestations.

    • Keep a page in the back to list anything you say 100% “Yes!”. At the end of this time you should have a lot more clarity. This goes for partners, career path, cities, material items, relationships, community, self-talk...

    If nothing comes right away, don’t worry, it just means that your subconscious hasn’t seen it to believe yet… it will as long as you commit daily, even in segments.

    You'll be making a commitment to this process for 30-45-60 days so don’t rush or feel pressured to write everything all at once – you’ll start to notice the limiting beliefs and patterns and have opportunity to get even more focused, more clear.

     

    BE PATIENT

    Clarity can take time. It's divinely supposed for each person. What I suggest starting right this moment is getting very clear about your preferences and the 60-day method helps with this. You'd be surprised by how much you've been "programmed" to "like" or "accept" on autopilot. Deeply beginning to understand what you like vs. don't like, is the first step in finding clarity. It's simple.
