SHIPPING

  • KokoBerna will only ship to 1 address per order.
  • Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3 business days from date of order.
  • 5 to 7 day shipping is complimentary for all orders delivered within the contiguous United States of America.
  • 5 to 7 day shipping to an Alaskan or Hawaiian address for a USD27 shipping fee.
  • Ground shipping to a Canadian address for a CAD30 shipping fee.
  • International shipping rates vary for all other countries. Kindly note, KokoBerna is not responsible for your destination country’s duties and tariffs, or delays due to international customs issues.

DELIVERY

KokoBerna cannot deliver to PO Boxes or APO addresses.

PRICES AND PAYMENT

All prices on the website are in US dollars (USD) and do not include applicable sales taxes.

The total cost including any applicable taxes will be displayed during check-out, once you have selected your billing and shipping address.

KokoBerna accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, and Apple Pay.

Where the order is to be delivered internationally, you may need to pay customs charges in addition to the order amount.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Only items purchased on the KokoBerna website can be returned to KokoBerna for a refund. Items purchased in a department store, specialty retailer or elsewhere must be returned to their original point of purchase.

Proof of purchase must be provided and products must be returned within 14 days of receipt for KokoBerna to process any refund. All items must be returned to: KokoBerna, 400 Whitehead Street, #4516, Key West, FL 33040. You are responsible for the shipping and additional postage charges. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.

Exchanges are not accepted. You will need to return the item to KokoBerna for a refund. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment. At which time, you may place a new order.

Should an item be damaged while it is being shipped to you by us, KokoBerna will provide you with a refund to the original form of payment pending claim information from the shipping carrier. Return postage will be reimbursed in case of damaged or incorrectly sent items.

In the unfortunate event that you react to a product, you have the option of returning it for a refund.

We do our best to process returns within 3-5 business days of receipt and will send an email confirmation once your return has been processed.

We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item. When shipping an item back to us, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Please retain your postal receipt from the shipping carrier until you are certain your parcel has been safely received by KokoBerna. We may need to see this if we fail to receive your package.

International customers - Because duties and taxes are collected by the governing country, we cannot provide a refund for these expenses. This includes brokerage fees for Canadian customers.
