We love our KOKOBÉRNA stockists and are always happy to share our products with new shops that are in alignment with our brand. One of the criteria is that you do not resell our products on third party marketplaces, including Amazon, eBay, Etsy or others. You may view our wholesale catalogue here.
NATURE OF HANDMADE PRODUCTS:
All our products are handmade. Due to the nature of our production method, each product may vary slightly.
We welcome partners who meet the following requirements and to complete your wholesale application, you'll need to provide this information about your business:
- Store name (established online store, brick and mortar store, pop-up store, or booth which is open and ready for business in the US)
- Legal business name (if different from store name)
- Reseller ID (also known as reseller permit, resale certificate, or sales tax ID)
- US business address
- Full contact details
HOW TO ORDER:
You can order through our general shop using the digital invoice we email you upon reviewing your inquiry and confirming your reseller status. Please submit a copy of your reseller certificate, business information, and products you are interested in stocking via email to: email@example.com. We usually respond within 1-5 business days.
All prices are listed in US dollars. All authorized resellers will receive 50% off the MSRP, plus pay the cost of shipping and applicable taxes. Prices are subject to change without notice.
We have a $500 minimum order and 6-item minimum per SKU. We sell minimum order quantity of 6 items to make a case. All orders must be paid for before items are shipped out. We will contact you with your order total and a digital invoice to make payment.
Now, we are not able to do consignment or offer net 30 terms.
METHOD OF PAYMENT:
Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Paypal, and ApplePay are all accepted forms of payment.
CHANGES TO ORDERS:
Any changes or cancellation to orders must be emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org within 48 hours.
DELIVERY & SHIPPING:
Shipping/handling charges will be calculated and added to your order total when the order is ready to ship. We reserve the right to use our discretion as to the carrier to be used on any shipment. Your preferred carrier may be used if you agree to assume all shipping and insurance charges. Though your shipment will likely go out sooner, please allow up to 2-4 weeks for your order to ship.
DAMAGES / DEFECTS:
Please inspect all shipments immediately upon arrival. Do not hesitate to contact us at email@example.com within 5 days of receipt of damaged or defective shipments. Returned merchandise will be replaced with new merchandise. Returned merchandise will not be accepted if it is held more than 15 days after receipt.
RETURNS / EXCHANGES:
Wholesale merchandise may not be returned or exchanged. We only accept returns in the case of defective merchandise as noted above.
